Panaq Global Customer Returns Policy and Information

 

Damaged and Defective - RA number required.

Customers should contact Panaq Global Customer Support directly with damaged or defective warranty or service issues. Call or Submit Online for tags (pre-paid shipping) will only be issued by Panaq Global when the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Due to governmental regulations and the hygienic nature of these products, Panaq Global can only accept customer returns on bidet seats and microbubble faucet aerators that are unopened, unused, and re-sellable.

Customer returns to Panaq Global will need to pay for the shipping cost, and it will be deducted from the refund. Products that are used or in un-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise.  Any returns must be initiated by the customer within 30 days of purchase date.

Panaq Global will not accept for credit any customer returns on bidet seats and microbubble faucet aerators that have been installed and/or used in any manner.
